Sirius continues expansion of US Casualty Reinsurance

Sirius International Insurance (publ), (Sirius International) is pleased to announce that
Ian Sawyer and Ciaran Mulcahy are joining to further strengthen the US Casualty Reinsurance business.  Based in London and reporting to Sirius International Managing Agency CEO Robert Harman, the team will be complementary to the business which is currently being written by Sirius Bermuda under the direction Robert McFadden and Eric Soria.

 

  • Ian with 30 years market experience joins from XL Catlin where he spent 11 years most recently as Head of US Casualty Treaty and Chairman of the LMA North American Casualty Treaty Committee.
  • Ciaran with 10 years market experience, joins from Hiscox where he was a Senior Treaty Underwriter for US Casualty Reinsurance.
