Consumer Complaints - Sirius International

Sirius International aims at treating customers justly and fairly within the Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Agreement. If you are not satisfied please first contact the person who handled your case.

If an agreement still can not be reached, please contact our Complaints Manager, Lotta Angstrom, using the information below. The Complaints Manager performs an independent review of your complaint. You can also turn to Konsumenternas Försäkringsbyrå www.konsumenternas.se for additional guidance.

If you are not satisfied with the Complaints Manager’s decision you can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se or to a public court.

Consumer Complaints - SIMA

SIMA is committed  to treating customers fairly throughout the whole life-cycle of the products and services that it offers, and will conduct itself accordingly. In providing these products within multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments , SIMA honours this commitment and fully co-operates with the appropriate regulatory authorities in the rare instances where customers may be dissatisfied.

This mailbox is monitored daily to ensure that customers are communicated with expeditiously to resolve matters.

The oversight of complaints handling  is undertaken by the Compliance function and is intended to ensure a fair outcome.  In the event that a mutually agreeable resolution cannot  be reached, customers will be directed to Lloyd’s own complaints team and also other appropriate EEA authorities http://ec.europa.eu/finance/fin-net/index_en.htm or (where applicable) other authorities to  whom the customer may also complain if they remain dissatisfied.
