Manager by e-mail: or phone: 46 8 458 5491. The Complaints Manager performs an independent review of your complaint. You can also turn to Konsumenternas Försäkringsbyrå for additional guidance.


If you are not satisfied with the Complaints Manager’s decision you can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, or to a public court.
