Sirius International Insurance Corporation ("Sirius International" or the "Company") is an approved or eligible alien surplus lines insurer in numerous U.S. jurisdictions, in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Island. Direct insurance policies issued by Sirius International to U.S. insureds are not protected by state insurance guaranty associations or insolvency funds.

Direct insurance coverage is available from the Company only through appropriately-licensed surplus lines brokers located in those states where Sirius International is surplus lines approved or eligible. As noted above, the Company is not an eligible or approved surplus lines insurer in all U.S. states.
