Sirius International aims at treating customers justly and fairly within the Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Agreement. If you are not satisfied please first contact the person who handled your case.

If an agreement still can not be reached, please contact our Complaints Manager, Lotta Angstrom, using the information below. The Complaints Manager performs an independent review of your complaint. You can also turn to Konsumenternas Försäkringsbyrå www.konsumenternas.se for additional guidance.

If you are not satisfied with the Complaints Manager’s decision you can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se or to a public court.
